Rack proofer

The box is made of double-sided 304 stainless steel plate and composite plate filled with polyurethane insulation layer. The thickness of the box is 75-100mm, which can be customized.

Size L8.1*W6.7*H2.5mts, total height 3.5. It can hold 36racks, and the rack size is 720*910*176mm.

The heating part is made of stainless steel, and the electric heating tube is used as the heat source to heat up the room.

The humidifying part is humidified by the cold fog of the high-pressure atomizing nozzle. When the water mist passes through the electric heating tube, it is heated to form water molecules to maintain the indoor temperature and humidity.

Circulating air duct is set in the room to evenly heat up the room and ensure uniform and controllable indoor temperature and humidity.

The control system is precisely controlled by Swiss Rotronic probe and Siemens electric PLC.
