The baked products are output from the tunnel furnace and enter the spiral cooling tower for natural air cooling or forced cooling. In addition to the screw conveying device, the strong cooling spiral cooling tower needs to be additionally equipped with a thermal insulation body, a refrigeration compressor unit, an indoor evaporator, an outdoor condenser, connecting pipe fittings and other required accessories.

The structure of spiral cooling tower is relatively simple, including spiral cooling conveyor belt, control system, etc., which can effectively reduce the cooling time of bread and improve production efficiency. It uses water as the circulating coolant, which absorbs a large amount of heat from the system and discharges it to the outside environment, thereby reducing the temperature of the system. Cooling refers to the continuous exchange of cold and heat between water and air in the process of flow contact, thereby producing steam, which volatilizes and continuously dissipates heat, that is, evaporative heat transfer, convective heat transfer and radiation heat transfer are completed. Finally, the heat generated in the system can be reduced, because the spiral cooling tower adopts a spiral method, which saves space and dissipates heat comprehensively, hence the name.
