The main machine of the quality spiral mixer controls the production of the entire equipment. If it is improperly operated, it will affect the normal operation of the granulator and cause losses to the enterprise. So, how can we protect the normal operation of this device? Mainly from the following four aspects:

1. When operating the host, send staff to record the files in detail, so that the machine can be repaired in case of failure;

2. The quality spiral mixer should be installed with a pressure sensor equipped with a digital display, which is convenient for the operator to check whether the rotation of the host is normal;

3. The lubricating oil pressure gauge at the rear of the main engine should be checked regularly to protect the normal operation of the gearbox gear;

4. The main engine of the quality spiral mixer and the oil pump motor are electrically interlocked, that is, if the oil pump motor does not start, the main motor cannot start; if the main motor does not stop, the oil pump motor cannot stop.
